Interbiz Consulting Group, Inc. is a Philippine land-services firm supporting local and international renewable-energy and infrastructure developers.
We help clients identify and preliminarily screen land opportunities, reach the appropriate landowners, secure approved early-stage rights, conduct formal land due diligence, advance transaction documentation, coordinate land-related regulatory requirements, and complete registration and closing activities.
Clients may engage Interbiz through two flexible models: Interbiz-originated land opportunities or services for client-identified sites. Engagements may cover a single phase, selected workstreams, or an integrated program beginning at the property’s current stage.
Our role is to organize and advance the land workstream. Interbiz does not acquire or own the project land. The landowner and developer execute the final sale or lease directly, subject to the agreed transaction structure and applicable legal review.

ENGAGEMENT
Interbiz identifies and preliminarily screens potential properties, engages landowners, establishes preliminary commercial terms, and coordinates approved early-stage contractual rights. Upon developer acceptance, the qualified opportunity and applicable contractual rights are assigned or handed over under a project-specific agreement.
For client-identified sites or project corridors, Interbiz provides the land services required at the property’s current stage. These may include pre-due diligence, landowner engagement, formal land due diligence, surveys, transaction documentation, title curing, regulatory compliance, land registration, and acquisition support.
Clients may engage Interbiz for a single service, selected workstreams, or an integrated land program beginning at the property’s current stage and progressing toward the required outcome.
